Prepare Your Website for Changes in Capacity

Review service availability, hours, contact handling, and written campaign terms when your contractor business has more or less room for work.

Review what your team can take on

Start with your actual schedule. List the job types and locations you can serve, who handles inquiries, and what information helps you decide whether to arrange an estimate.

If your hours, coverage, or emergency arrangements change, review the information visitors see on your website and business profiles. Keep those descriptions consistent with what your team can provide.

Check the handoff from website to team

Test the contact routes and identify the person responsible for following up. A useful internal checklist can include the requested service, job location, availability, and the outcome of the conversation.

Review separate measures for inquiries, estimates, booked jobs, and collected revenue. Avoid treating more traffic as proof that the schedule or profitability improved.

Put campaign changes in writing

Ask which budget adjustments or campaign pauses are available, how to request them, and when they take effect. Existing charges and commitments may continue under the applicable agreement.

Confirm any change to scope, fees, inquiry handling, or cancellation in the approved service schedule. CMM availability and campaign controls need direct confirmation; this planning note does not establish a pause feature or seasonal performance forecast.
